London vs Birmingham vs Manchester: choosing your campus

For students studying one or two days a week, the campus decision is usually a commute decision rather than a lifestyle one.
London has the widest choice of providers and the highest maintenance loan rate to offset costs, but rent absorbs the difference quickly. If you already live and work in London, it is straightforward; if you are travelling in, count the annual rail cost before you commit.
Birmingham and Manchester both offer materially lower living costs and strong transport links across their wider regions. For part-time students commuting from surrounding towns, either can work out cheaper and faster than London.
Visit before you decide if you can. A campus that looks convenient on a map can be a forty-minute walk from the station.
